Returns
All of our products are bespoke and made-to-order therefore are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange.
Please be considerate to this before making your order.
Please contact us within 30-days of receiving your item should you wish to return it.
Items should be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You must pay the cost of returning an item.
We suggest you use a signed for or insured method of delivery. If you are returning an item for exchange, then you will need to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.
When sending the bag back, ensure you’ve put your name and order number so we are able to refund you.
We prefer and recommend customers to contact us first, before sending goods back to ensure that it is eligible and that we are expecting it.
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed when they are delivered to ours returns address. Refunds cannot be processed until this time has elapsed.

Your return must contain Huboo Ref 10944 in the first line of the address or it will not be able to be processed.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it any time.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions, you are responsible for cancelling and managing your subscription.
